Raspberry Agua Fresca with Chia Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 whole lime peeled and cut into quarters
  • 3 oz raspberries
  • 3 - 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2.5 cups water

  • Place water, lime quarters and raspberries into blender. Blend on high.
    1 whole lime, 2.5 cups water, 3 oz raspberries
  • Once fully blended, pour into a jar or pitcher.
  • Add chia seeds to jar or pitcher and stir vigorously.
    3 - 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • Let sit for 15 minutes. Stir again before serving.
